The activity will be divided into four main tasks:

1. Setting a virtual forward-looking Competence center for digital transformation – vision, priorities, main activities, means for implementation of the activities, opportunities for future development and networking. These sets of strategic outputs will constitute the Operational Plan and Statutes, and will be the main source of reference

2. Develop a plan for improvements around the existing Collective Management of Copyrights and Related Rights. Propose tools that would help address the current gaps in the existing setup. During the process of deployment and implementation, the partnership will decide on the formal registration of the Center

3. Development the Center’s virtual space. It will have two main functions (1) An information section highlighting the Center’s vision, priorities, main activities, means for implementation, and information around how one can get registered, gain access and become part of the community; (2) The Digital Knowledge Vault which will provide knowledge articles targeting key development areas, share various educational resources and links to open opportunities where one can submit content, contribute to an existing project and find promotional opportunities. It will publish the developed Guidelines and educational resources 4. Holding a Training event by the end of the project. The training event will be conducted by the Center’s Experts who will deliver a hands-on training session walking the participants through key areas of the content plus highlighting some guidelines, best practices and answer questions. The event will gather learners, selected within the partnership organisations (4 persons per organization), which will be profiled among the project target groups. The selection process will also seek for a balance of the target groups representation. The training will be made in English and therefore all learners are expected to have a good level of English language knowledge
